Sometimes a tracking number will show that the package has been delivered before it was actually left at your address. Not to worry! Sometimes the delivery driver will mark it as delivered up to 36 hours early.
If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you didn't receive it, take the following steps:
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation email
- Look around your front door and mailbox for a paper notice of attempted delivery
- See if someone else in your household accepted the delivery
- Wait 36 hours for a delivery attempt
