Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. This can be due to the recipient "refusing" the delivery, or an incorrect/incomplete street address. When the carrier returns a package to us, our returns center will process a full refund to the original card used.
To troubleshoot why your order was marked as undeliverable, please email our Customer Service team at CustomerService@puritycosmetics.com. Once the issue is resolved, we can assist you with completing another order.
