All products that are part of our $10 Beauty Deals are final sale, meaning no returns or exchanges. Partial Returns for Gift Sets Since gift sets and specials are offered at a promotional price and are offered in limited numbers, we do not allow partial returns. If you'd like to return a gift set or special, or any other offer sold as a set, we ask that you kindly return the set as a whole. If you receive a gift set that is damaged or incomplete, our Customer Service team will be happy to help!
Free Gifts and Gifts with Purchase
All "Gifts with Purchase" are not refundable or eligible for cash value. If you return your entire order, we ask that you also include any promotional items that were added to your cart for free.
We accept new and gently used products, but cannot accept returns and exchanges for products that are more than half used. As always, we send free replacements for products that were damaged in transit. However, once you receive your shipment in perfect condition, any damage that happens on your end will not be eligible for a free replacement. So if you spill a serum or crack a bottle– we totally feel your pain! Our Customer Service team will be happy to help you place another order, but we cannot offer to replace that product for free.
