My friend completed their first purchase, why didn't I receive my reward?

You will be rewarded 48 hours after your friend makes a qualifying purchase.

Certain restrictions apply:

• Your friend must be a new customer and place a single order with a minimum purchase of $50 or more.

• Customers who live in the same household and share an IP address will not be eligible to refer each other. 

• The following will be flagged and not be rewarded:

  • Similar email match

  • Matching shipping address

  • Matching combination of IP address & User-Agent

  • Self-referral
