Damaged Shipment & Items
We offer free replacements for products that were received damaged or defective. Please send an email to customerservice@puritycosmetics.com and include:
- Your order #
- Picture of the damage or defect
- Description of the damage or defect
Once our Quality Assurance team reviews the image and description of the damage, we'll issue a replacement order.
Missing Item
If you receive an incomplete order, or your package never arrived, please email customerservice@puritycosmetics.com and include your order #. A Customer Service Specialist will look into it! If we're unable to locate the order, we'll issue a free replacement order.
