Can I merge my accounts and combine the points balance?
We discourage members from creating multiple accounts, but we know that sometimes mistakes happen! Our Customer Service team will happily look into your accounts for you.
What are the points statuses in my balance?
- These points can be redeemed for vouchers at any time
- These points are undergoing verification, and will update to an "approved" status in 7 business days. This status typically applies to purchases and referrals.
- If a purchase is cancelled or returned, or a friend referral is voided, the earned points will be removed from your account.
