Online Purchases
You can authorize a free return for any new or gently used item directly through our returns portal within 45 days from the purchase date. If you ship your item back with our prepaid label within this period, the cost of return shipping is on us.
If you miss the 45-day cut-off, we will honor store credit up to 90 days from the purchase date. Simply package your order with the invoice and reason for the return, and ship to our returns center. The cost of return shipping will not be credited to you.

Once we receive your return, our team will assess and process your return as quickly as possible. Please allow a maximum of 45 business days for processing. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method and will be reflected on your statement in 4-10 business days.
Please note that any original shipping fees are non-refundable. Promotional sets and kits are only eligible for returns or exchanges if all of the pieces of the set are included in the return.
Returns received that are not in compliance with our return policies will be held, and our Customer Service team will reach out (via the email listed on your 100% PURE® account) to resolve any discrepancies. If our team doesn’t receive a response in 7 business days, it’s up to our discretion to issue full or partial store credit.
Exchanges:
If you decide that you would like to process an exchange, you will see this option in our returns portal as well. If you are provided an Instant Refund Voucher, you may use this towards your next purchase.
Please note, any original shipping, promotion, Purist Perk Voucher and or Instant Refund Voucher will not be carried over to your exchange you will only receive the dollar amount paid for the product.
If your product arrives in damaged and unusable condition, please email CustomerService@puritycosmetics.com with your order number and a picture verifying the damage.
