We stand by the quality and purity of our products, and hope you’ll love them too. If for any reason you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges.
We accept returns for any new or gently used items within 45 days from the initial purchase date. If you miss the 45 day cut-off, we will honor store credit up to 90 days from the purchase date. To initiate a return:
- Safely package the products and invoice. Indicate on the invoice the reason for your return.
- Bring your order to a post office, and ship with a valid tracking number. Please obtain a receipt for your records in the event that your order is missing in transit. Ship it to:

Once we receive your return, our team will assess and process your return as quickly as possible. Please allow a maximum of 45 business days for processing. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method, and will be reflected on your statement in 2-10 business days.
Please note that any initial shipping fees are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will not be credited to you. Promotional sets and kits are only eligible for returns if all of the pieces of the set are included in the return.
If your product arrives in damaged and unusable condition, please email CustomerService@puritycosmetics.com with your order number and a picture verifying the damage.
If you purchased a product from a 3rd party authorized retailer, please contact them directly. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products not purchased from 100percentpure.com or 100% PURE® stores.
