If it's been less than 3 hours since your order was submitted, our Customer Service team may be able to cancel your order. You can then place new order online with the edits to your shopping cart.
If your order has been processed in our warehouse, we're unable to make any changes. If you ordered an item you don't want, we have a great return policy! If you'd like to add an item to your order, just submit a request above or send an email to CustomerService@puritycosmetics.com.
