There are a few reasons why a payment may not go through. Here are some troubleshooting tips!
- Make sure that your billing address and billing zip code matches the information associated with your credit or debit card. If this information doesn't match, your bank will reject the charge.
- If you're using PayPal or Amazon Pay, make sure that the card on file is still valid and hasn't expired.
- Contact our Customer Service team to see what the error message we received was
- Reach out to your bank, PayPal, or Amazon to see what the error on their end was.
Please note: If you attempt to make a purchase several times and receive an error, you may see multiple pending charges on your billing statement. These extra charges will drop off after a few days. You will only be charged for successful orders.
If you are paying with PayPal, please be sure and check your PayPal account for confirmation of payment. You should receive two confirmation emails: one from 100% Pure® and one from PayPal.
International customers: We do not accept international cards at this time, but do accept PayPal!
